Will Moscow Street Become Pedestrian? Response from the Bishkek City Hall

The city hall's response to this initiative has been published. City hall noted that Moscow Street has the status of a citywide arterial road and operates with one-way traffic. It plays an important role in the city's transportation system, interacting with Toktogul Street.
