In Kyrgyzstan, 112 violations in the import of agricultural products were detected at border checkpoints over the year.

During 2025, 112 violations were detected at veterinary border control points in Kyrgyzstan during the inspection of imported agricultural products, as reported by the Ministry of Water Resources, Agriculture, and Processing Industry of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Acts of return were drawn up for each of these cases.
The violations were distributed by importing countries as follows:
Kazakhstan – 48 acts of return
Uzbekistan – 51 acts of return
Russia – 8 acts of return
Pakistan – 1 act of return
China (PRC) – 3 acts of return
Turkey – 1 act of return
The main reasons for these violations were non-compliance of veterinary documents with established standards, failure to meet cargo safety requirements, and violations of veterinary and sanitary norms.
