Monitoring revealed that several companies were recruiting citizens of Kyrgyzstan using false information about employment in the Republic of Turkey.
In this process, documents with inaccurate data were submitted to the relevant state authority for obtaining work permits abroad, which lacked information about actual cooperation with employers or foreign intermediaries in Turkey.
In connection with the identified violations, the operations of the following agencies have been temporarily suspended:
- LLC "Golden Work & Travel";
- LLC "Iris Travel";
- LLC "Ramai-Sayakat";
- LLC "Aska-Travel".
The suspension of permits will remain in effect until the reasons for the violations are eliminated in the established manner.
The Center for Employment of Citizens Abroad emphasizes that providing false information when applying for a permit, as well as ignoring legislation in the field of external labor migration, may lead to liability, including the suspension or cancellation of the permit.
