By the end of the year, it is planned to complete the construction of over 2,600 apartments in the residential complex "Muras".

On January 12, a ceremony was held to open the first part of the second phase of the Muras residential complex on Malikov Street, 91, in the capital. This was reported live on the "Elden Sobol" program by Gulzat Totubaeva, head of the population relations department of the State Mortgage Company (GIK).
As Totubaeva clarified, 1,080 apartments have been put into operation, located in eight multi-story buildings with heights of 18 and 24 floors. This phase of construction includes:
- 360 one-room apartments;
- 432 two-room apartments;
- 288 three-room apartments.
In addition, the residential complex includes all necessary social infrastructure. On the first floor of one of the buildings that have already been commissioned, a school has been opened, which is under the jurisdiction of the Bishkek city administration. There are also plans to build a separate school, a kindergarten, and parking areas.
