Ministry of Health: No cases of Nipah virus detected in Kyrgyzstan, sanitary control strengthened at the border
In Kyrgyzstan, not a single case of Nipah virus infection has been registered, reports the Ministry of Health. In this regard, measures have been taken to strengthen sanitary and quarantine control at the state border. At present, the Nipah virus is only detected in India. According to the Ministry of Health, the epidemiological situation is under constant monitoring by specialists in sanitary and epidemiological surveillance.
