On January 26, an online conference was held at the Ministry of Health with Kyrgyz medical workers who are employed in countries such as Germany, the USA, the UK, Russia, as well as in the Middle East and other states. This was reported by the press service of the ministry.

The meeting was led by Deputy Ministers Bakytbek Kadyraliev and Temirbek Erkinov. The main goal of the event was to discuss the exchange of experience, the implementation of international medical practices, training of personnel, digitalization of healthcare, and the involvement of foreign doctors in improving the healthcare system of Kyrgyzstan.

Participants of the meeting shared their experiences working in renowned clinics and proposed ideas for enhancing healthcare in the country. In particular, the discussion focused on modern technologies such as bronchoscopy and NGS diagnostics, the development of digital solutions, as well as improvements in oncological, pulmonological, transplant, and anesthesiological care. Issues regarding hemodialysis, mobile clinics, simplification of licensing, and training for doctors were also raised.

One of the key topics was staffing issues. Specialists expressed their desire to assist in training Kyrgyz doctors, organizing internships, conducting lectures and expert presentations, as well as attracting professors for surgeries and master classes. Additionally, the conditions for the return of specialists to Kyrgyzstan to participate in professional projects were discussed.

The deputy ministers emphasized that interaction with foreign specialists is an important resource for the development of medicine. Among the discussed measures were the organization of in-person and online meetings in countries with a high concentration of Kyrgyz doctors, the possibility of presentations at the Mirrahimov Readings, as well as participation in digital and personnel reforms.

In conclusion, Bakytbek Kadyraliev thanked the participants on behalf of the Minister of Health Kanibek Dosmambetov, emphasizing the government's interest in maintaining professional ties with compatriots abroad.

"The shortage of personnel in medicine is one of the main challenges for our country. We are open to cooperation and will seek practical solutions to attract experience, knowledge, and technologies in the interests of our patients," he noted.
