Buildings around the Bazar-Korgon Territorial Hospital have been returned to the state
According to the State Committee for National Security (GKNB), these properties were used for commercial purposes, including medical centers and fast food outlets.
The State Committee reminded that according to Presidential Decree No. 37 dated February 16, 1995, social infrastructure facilities cannot be transferred to private ownership. It was also emphasized that in accordance with Article 44 of the Land Code, buildings and structures are inseparable from the land on which they are located.
Representatives of the state committee reported that during the process of illegal alienation and use of the properties, rental payments were understated, which led to financial losses for the state. After the return of the property, the rental conditions were revised, and the amount of rental payments was doubled, which ensured an increase in budget revenues.
As a result of investigative and operational activities, all buildings and land plots were returned to state ownership.
On January 22, the GKNB reported on the facts of illegal alienation of properties located on the territories of medical institutions in the Jalal-Abad region.
These properties include 32 administrative buildings and 5 land plots that were registered in private ownership or long-term lease on the territories of the Jalal-Abad Regional Clinical Hospital, Bazar-Korgon Hospital, and Kochkor-Ata Hospital.
