At the meeting of the committee on judicial and legal issues, law enforcement, crime fighting, and anti-corruption in the Jogorku Kenesh, the deputies discussed amendments to several laws. According to the draft law developed by the cabinet of ministers, if pension, scholarship, or benefit payments are delayed for more than five days, a penalty of 0.15% of the debt amount will be charged for each day of delay.
