According to information from the police, during the raid, checks were conducted on foreign citizens working in the area. Law enforcement officers carefully examined the migrants' documents and ensured the legality of their stay in Kyrgyzstan.
In addition to checking documents, explanatory work was carried out with foreign workers involved in the construction of the China-Kyrgyzstan-Uzbekistan railway. Some individuals were detained and taken to the district internal affairs department for documentation and identification.
During the preventive measures, individuals on record were also checked, including those with previous convictions, those under probation, as well as people registered for domestic violence, suffering from alcoholism and mental illnesses, and firearm owners.
Police officers inspected basements and roofs of apartment buildings, as well as mosques and prayer rooms. Night patrols were organized in the evening with the involvement of representatives from educational institutions and social workers.
