The CEC published preliminary voter lists for the repeat elections of deputies to the City Duma for District No. 13
The lists were prepared by the State Institution "Kyzmat," which operates under the Presidential Administration, and are based on information from the Unified State Population Register (USPR).
The preliminary lists will be published in paper format at 94 polling stations by January 13, 2026.
The total number of voters in the preliminary list is 161,347 people, of which 80,394 are men (49.83%) and 80,953 are women (50.17%).
The breakdown by age groups is as follows:
- 18 years old — 585 people (0.36%);
- 19-35 years old — 67,435 people (41.80%);
- 36-45 years old — 35,915 people (22.26%);
- 46-55 years old — 23,500 people (14.56%);
- 56-65 years old — 19,687 people (12.20%);
- over 66 years old — 14,225 people (8.82%).
Voters can verify their information in the lists until February 18, 2026, including that day. Several methods are available for this:
- calling the short numbers 1255 or 119;
- visiting the polling station;
- using the website "tizme.gov.kg";
- sending an SMS to the number 119 with their PIN — personal identification number from their passport. In response, the voter will receive information about their polling station. All calls and messages are free of charge.
If a voter finds errors or inaccuracies in the lists, they can submit an application electronically until February 18, 2026, using the "Voter's Cabinet" service on the website "tizme.gov.kg" after authorization in accordance with the law.
Citizens who are not registered biometrically and are not found in the lists are advised to undergo the registration procedure and update their passport data at the Public Service Centers (PSC).
Boundaries of district No. 13: includes the city of Bazar-Korgon with polling stations No. 2423, No. 2428, No. 2140, No. 2141, as well as the Kenesh, Arstanbap-Atyn, and Saydykum rural districts of the Bazar-Korgon region. In the Nooken district, it fully covers the D. Sadyrbaev, E. Aliyev, Mombekov rural districts and the city of Kochkor-Ata, as well as the city of Mailuu-Suu.
