According to available information, on January 5, a citizen identified as S. K., born in 1972, approached the internal affairs department of the Panfilov district. He reported that around 06:00 near the "Nur" store in Kain, he was attacked by an unknown individual who, acting with hooligan intentions, inflicted several stab and cut wounds on him, after which he fled the scene.
The fact of the attack has been recorded, and a criminal case has been initiated under Article 280 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, which pertains to "Hooliganism".
During the investigation, it was established that the perpetrator was under the influence of alcohol.
Necessary examinations have been appointed, and the investigation is ongoing.
