In Kyrgyzstan, 1.3 thousand transactions for the purchase and sale of private houses were made in November 2025 for 9 billion soms.
Bishkek remains the leading market, where 373 transactions were made for a total of 5.4 billion soms, accounting for approximately 60% of all transactions in the republic. Despite this, in terms of the number of transactions, the capital lags behind the Chui region, which recorded 391 transactions; however, their total value is significantly lower at 1.82 billion soms.
Differences in transaction volumes are also noticeable in other regions. In the Jalal-Abad region, 145 transactions were completed for a total of 536.7 million soms, while in the Issyk-Kul region, there were 99 transactions amounting to 360.7 million soms.
The city of Osh, despite a small number of transactions (39), shows significant volumes totaling 342.9 million soms, indicating a higher average check compared to other regions.
The smallest transaction volumes were recorded in the Naryn and Talas regions, where the total value does not exceed 100 million soms in each of these regions.
