The Foreign Ministers of Kyrgyzstan and Belarus spoke on the phone

On January 6, a telephone conversation took place between the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Kyrgyzstan Jeenbek Kulubaev and his Belarusian counterpart Maxim Ryzhenkov. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic.

“During the conversation, the heads of the foreign policy agencies discussed current issues on the Kyrgyz-Belarusian agenda,” the statement said. “In particular, they reviewed the schedule of upcoming contacts at the highest and high levels, including visits through the foreign ministries.”

In addition, it was reported that in the context of preparations for the upcoming meeting of the Council of Heads of State of the SCO in Bishkek, an exchange of views took place on the agenda and issues of cooperation within the organization.
At the end of the conversation, the ministers exchanged New Year greetings, the statement said.
