The citizen with the initials Z. D. A., born in 1989, had a preventive conversation with representatives of the State Committee for National Security (GKNB). The committee's press service provided this information. The agency reported that Z. D. A. had posted messages on social media that could be interpreted as inciting interethnic hostility. He explained that these publications were made while under the influence of alcohol and promised that it would not happen again.
