At the meeting of the Jogorku Kenesh, Deputy Temirlan Aitiev expressed concern about the operation of private offices providing injection and drip services to the population.

He reminded those present that the Ministry of Health issued an order prohibiting such procedures in feldsher-obstetric points and family doctor groups.

“When I contact the Ministry of Health, I receive unclear responses stating that the main reason for the ban is the risk of anaphylactic shock and an increase in allergic reactions. However, private procedure offices continue to operate in every settlement. Who controls their activities? Do they meet modern standards? They serve between 100 to 200 patients every day,” Aitiev noted.

The deputy also questioned why tobacco products and alcohol, which are harmful to health, are sold without restrictions and even have leniencies in licensing, while state authorities show strictness when it comes to attempts to improve citizens' health. Aitiev called on the Ministry of Health to conduct an inspection of private medical offices performing injections.

Additionally, he pointed out that medical institutions do not accept patients based on their place of residence, but only according to their registration.

“The clinic in the Alamudun district, CSM No. 11, is now subordinate to Bishkek after the administrative-territorial reform. Local residents have been transferred to the Issyk-Ata Center for Primary Health Care. As a result, residents of the villages of Chokmorov, Sydykov, Dostuk, Baytik, Arashan, Tash-Moynok, and Kara-Jyach have to travel to Kant,” Aitiev emphasized, calling for a review of this decision.
