As part of his working trip, the Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers and Head of the Presidential Administration, Adylbek Kasymaliev, visited several medical institutions in Bishkek and the Chui region.
According to the press service, he visited the Chui Regional Unified Hospital named after E. Akramov (CRUH), which is considered one of the busiest medical institutions in this region. Every year, up to 18,000 patients receive treatment here, around 6,000 surgical operations are performed, and up to 6,000 births take place.
During the visit, Adylbek Kasymaliev instructed the Ministry of Health and other relevant agencies to consider the possibility of constructing a new building on the territory of CRUH with the aim of creating a modern medical cluster that will unite all hospital services.
In addition, following the visit, instructions were given to the relevant departments and the Bishkek city administration to promptly address the identified issues and coordinate efforts to modernize the healthcare system.
