In Kyrgyzstan, they want more than 70% of graduates to pass the threshold score of the OTR.
Among the proposed measures are increasing the coverage of preschool education for children aged 3 to 5 years to 80% and school education for children aged 6 to 17 years to 98.8%. All educational institutions are planned to be equipped with ramps to ensure access for children with disabilities.
According to the plan, 40% of primary school students should demonstrate educational achievements at the basic level and above in mathematics, while 55% should do so in reading. The average score on the National Testing (ORT) should reach 130, with more than 70% of graduates required to pass the minimum testing threshold.
There are also plans to increase the share of educational institutions with access to high-speed internet and using digital educational platforms to 98%, as well as to raise the number of teachers with educational laptops to 85%.
It is planned to increase spending on science to 0.5-1% of the gross domestic product.
In 2025, about 67% of graduates from Kyrgyzstan were able to exceed the threshold score of the ORT, with the average score being around 127.
