In the Alaï district, several poachers were detained over the course of one week for illegal fishing and hunting of rock partridges. This was reported by Alimbek Aydarov, a game warden from the Osh regional office of the Ministry of Natural Resources, Ecology, and Technical Supervision.

According to Aydarov, the agency's staff regularly conducts raids. For example, in the village of Pravda, protocols were drawn up for three citizens who went fishing. At the time of the inspectors' arrival, they had not caught any fish, but they did not have the necessary permits. Each of them received a fine of 1,000 soms. On January 6, in the village of Zhylyu-Suu, two hunters were found hunting partridges. They had permits; however, the date was missing.

Protocols were drawn up for both hunters, and each was fined 12,500 soms. Additionally, on January 7, several more hunters were detained in the Kabylan-Kol area for not having hunting permits. They were also fined 12,500 soms each. Aydarov added that once the banks open, the fines will be paid,” noted the game warden.
