In 2025, Rosselkhoznadzor thwarted 28 attempts to import pesticides from Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, and Uzbekistan.

- In 2025, the Rosselkhoznadzor Administration for the Orenburg Region focused its efforts on several key areas: ensuring public safety, countering illegal imports from abroad, protecting the epizootic and phytosanitary condition of the region, as well as promoting the development of agricultural product exports and increasing the overall production volume.

During monitoring conducted using the FGIS "Saturn," 76 violations in the area of pesticide application were recorded. In response to these violations, 76 warnings were issued to economic entities.

The Administration conducted 14 unscheduled inspections based on risk indicators and one scheduled on-site inspection, as a result of which the offenders were held administratively liable under Article 8.3 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation.

Together with other regulatory authorities, 28 attempts to illegally import pesticides and agrochemicals from Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and Uzbekistan were prevented, with a total weight exceeding 45 tons. All prohibited substances were returned to the countries of origin.
