In the Nightclubs of Kyrgyzstan, the Anti-Narcotics Service Conducted Raids

From January 8 to 9, 2026, employees of the Drug Control Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Kyrgyz Republic conducted preventive raids in popular karaoke clubs and night establishments located in major cities and district centers.

The main objective of these activities is to prevent drug use, reduce the number of crimes and offenses, as well as to promote a healthy lifestyle among young people and raise public awareness about the harms of drugs.

During the raids, the administrations of entertainment establishments received recommendations on ensuring safety, improving internal control, and preventing the illegal trafficking of drugs. They were also reminded of the necessity to immediately report any offenses to law enforcement authorities.

These preventive measures, conducted as part of the "Night Club" operation, will continue in the future.
