A New Structure Has Emerged at the City Hall of Osh

A new structure has appeared in the Osh City Hall.

On December 23, 2025, the deputies of the Osh City Kenesh approved the establishment of an institution called "Financial Management of the Osh City Hall" during their session.

According to the resolution, this decision was made in accordance with the law "On Local State Administration and Local Self-Government Bodies," as well as by the presidential decree dated August 12, 2025, No. 264. During the discussion, the proposal of the first deputy mayor of Osh, Adilet Sharshenaly uulu, regarding the necessity of creating this financial management was heard. The decision of the permanent commission of the Osh City Kenesh on budget, economy, and industry dated December 18, 2025, No. 33, was also taken into account. As a result, the city deputies agreed to establish the institution and its funding from local budget resources, starting from January 1, 2026.

The resolution comes into effect upon its official publication.
