The Republican Blood Center urged the residents of Bishkek to become donors.

Due to the recent fire at the nursing home, the Republican Blood Center has reported an urgent need to replenish donor blood supplies.

Center specialists noted that during holiday periods, there is typically an increase in blood shortages because donors visit the center less frequently due to weekends and vacations. However, the demand for blood remains high or even increases.

Those who wish to help should visit the Republican Blood Center at the following address: Bishkek, Ch. Aitmatov Ave., 60.

The center will be open on the holidays of January 7, 8, and 9 from 08:00 to 14:30. It is necessary to bring an identification document.

Before donating blood, it is recommended to exclude fatty, fried, and dairy products from your diet.
