Two Boxers from Kara-Balta to Represent Chui Region at the National Championship

From January 13 to 18, the boxing championship for boys born in 2010-2011 took place in Kara-Balta, at the "Zdorovye" boxing hall, reports Turmush correspondent.

207 boxers from various corners of the Chui region participated in this sporting event.

As a result of the competitions, the winners from Kara-Balta were:

Amirkhan Kurmanbekov in the weight category of 80 kg;

Salim Odabashov in the weight category of 80 kg.

Both athletes train under the guidance of Ruslan Baisariev. These guys will represent their region at the republican championship, which is scheduled to take place from January 26 to 31 in Bishkek.

In addition, girls from Kara-Balta will also compete at the republican level: Farzona Mamatayeva in the weight of 48 kg, Sezim Abdyssalamova in 52 kg, and Zhibek Damirbekova in 54 kg. All of them are also students of coach R. Baisariev.
