The youngest akim of Kyrgyzstan — where he works and lives
The appointment and dismissal of akims is carried out by the president of the country upon the proposal of the chairman of the cabinet of ministers, taking into account the opinion of the presidential representative in the region.
The akim also has the right to appoint and dismiss heads of local executive bodies of self-government in both rural districts and cities of district subordination.
The mayor of the capital is responsible for the appointment of akims in the four districts of Bishkek.
Turmush presents information about the youngest akims in Kyrgyzstan today. Currently, the youngest akim is the head of the Kadamjai district, the most populous district in the Batken region.

According to the administrative-territorial reform, the number of rural districts in the Kadamjai district has been reduced from 13 to 8.
There are two cities of district significance located in the area: Kadamjai and Aydarken.
The Kadamjai district, as the most densely populated in the Batken region, has a population of 209.9 thousand according to the latest census data, placing it in the Top 6 most populated districts in Kyrgyzstan.
