In Kyrgyzstan, military registration has begun to be converted to electronic format

According to Kasymaliev, the first stage of digitization, conducted by the Ministry of Defense, has already been completed. As part of this stage, electronic document management was organized, as well as the accounting of civilian personnel and the registration of military conscripts.

Currently, the military registration system is operating in test mode in five military commissariats. Plans for its implementation include an additional 25 commissariats by March 2026.

It is expected that the transition to digital technologies will significantly simplify accounting procedures, increase the accuracy of information, and make the work of military enlistment offices more transparent and efficient.
