The most risky areas are located on the following roads:
- Bishkek—Osh, from 121 to 138 km (Töö-Ashuu Pass) and from 198 to 265 km (Ala-Bel Pass, Chychkan Gorge);
- Myza-Ake—Kara-Kulja—Alaikuu, from 55 to 115 km; Ala-Buka—Kanysh-Kiya, from 65 to 75 km and from 88 to 101 km (Chapchima Pass);
- Krasnaya Gorka—Ak-Tash, from 0 to 3 km; Bishkek—Naryn—Torugart, from 292 to 305 km (Dolon Pass);
- Balykchy—Kazar-man—Jalal-Abad, from 201 to 205 km, from 260 to 290 km, and from 326 to 349 km (Kök-Art Pass);
- Karakoil—Enilchek, from 45 to 90 km (Chong-Ashuu Pass).
Drivers in these areas are strongly advised to maintain a distance of at least 500 meters between vehicles.
