A Drunk Driver Without a License Detected in Bishkek

In Bishkek, the employees of the UPSM identified a driver operating a vehicle while under the influence of alcohol, as reported in the agency's press release.

During the raid, the patrol stopped the vehicle and, suspecting the driver of being intoxicated, conducted a check. It turned out that he did not have a driver's license.

The detained individual was taken to a narcological institution for examination, which confirmed the presence of alcohol in his blood. Additionally, during the incident, the driver got into a conflict with the operator who was recording the patrol's actions, attempting to undermine him and threatening with some "Baha bike."
