During the inspection, instructions were given on the necessity of strict compliance with phytosanitary standards, as well as on increasing the level of control during the import and export of quarantine products by participants in foreign economic activities.

According to representatives of the department, in case of violations of plant quarantine legislation, freight carriers should take appropriate measures, including return, destruction, or treatment of agricultural products of plant origin.

Goods that do not meet the phytosanitary requirements of the EAEU and pose a threat to safety will not be allowed into the territory of Kyrgyzstan.
