There Will Be No Snow, Warming Expected in the Coming Days. Weather Forecast for the Week

367
Over the next week, no precipitation is expected in Kyrgyzstan, with winds coming from the southeast at a speed of 5-10 m/s, reported meteorologists from Kyrgyzhydromet.

In the coming days, an increase in temperature is forecasted.

“A low-gradient area of high pressure will establish over the territory of Kyrgyzstan, leading to the formation of a distinctly pronounced ridge. As a result, warm weather is expected,” specialists explained.

Additionally, meteorologists noted that such warm conditions in January are not unprecedented — last year, January was also warm.

Note: A low-gradient area of high pressure is an atmospheric region with high pressure readings where the pressure gradient is minimal. This leads to light winds and stable weather, often with clear skies, as descending air suppresses cloud and precipitation formation. Such conditions are characteristic of the periphery of anticyclones or transitional synoptic processes, creating calm meteorological conditions.
