Bakyt Torobaev, who holds the position of Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Water Resources, Agriculture, and Processing Industry, reported an income in 2024 that was lower than the previous year. The Tax Service of Kyrgyzstan has begun publishing officials' declarations for the reporting period.
According to his declaration, Torobaev's income in 2024 amounted to 1 million 811.9 thousand soms, while he did not indicate any expenses — this section shows zero.

He owns:

• a residential house with an area of 179 square meters;


• a residential house with an area of 180 square meters;


• an agricultural land plot of 1430 square meters;


• an agricultural land plot of 40 square meters;


• a non-agricultural land plot of 100 square meters.

As for the property of his close relatives, the declaration lists: a residential house with an area of 385 square meters, an apartment of 57.63 square meters, and a non-agricultural land plot of 3500 square meters.

It is important to note that the Torobaev family does not own any vehicles.
