Kyrgyzstan entered the top five largest importers of Russian beer in 2025

In 2025, beer exports from Russia, according to the federal center "Agroexport," increased by 19% compared to the previous year, reaching 103 million dollars.
Preliminary estimates show that the volume of malt beer deliveries amounted to over 190 thousand tons, which also represents a significant increase in value compared to 2024.
Among the largest importers of Russian beer, Belarus and Kazakhstan lead, accounting for 30% and 28% respectively. Other major importing countries include China (10%), Kyrgyzstan (8%), and Tajikistan (3%).
Additionally, there is a growth in the supply of non-alcoholic beer from Russia: in 2025, the volume reached about 13 thousand tons worth nearly 8 million dollars, corresponding to an increase of 17% in weight and 23% in value. The main importers of this product became Belarus, Kazakhstan, Iran, the UAE, and Uzbekistan.
