The agency reported that Z. D. A. had posted messages on social media that could be interpreted as inciting interethnic hostility. He explained that these publications were made while under the influence of alcohol and promised that it would not happen again.

Despite his assurances, the investigative authorities of the GKNB have ordered examinations of the mentioned publications. Based on their results, further measures will be taken in accordance with the legislation of Kyrgyzstan.
