"Language Patrol". A social media user filed a complaint with the Bishkek City Police Department

In addition, the initiator planned to collect signatures for a "clean Kyrgyzstan".

In Bishkek, a social media user under the nickname amiraskarov reported that he filed a complaint with the City Police Department regarding the actions of other users. The information appeared in his post on Threads.

The reason for the appeal was publications related to the situation with the "Kulikovsky" trading house and blogger Aitilek Orozbekov.

According to the complainant, his messages attracted the attention of law enforcement: "I just returned from an interrogation at the City Police Department, where I was informed that investigative actions had begun. Currently, we are awaiting the results of the linguistic examination. Therefore, we may cancel the plans to collect the petition on January 21," he noted.
Earlier, he also called on citizens to gather at the City Police Department building on January 21 to support his initiative for a "clean Kyrgyzstan".

Let us remind you that earlier there was a conversation with a Kyrgyz citizen at the State Committee for National Security regarding his publications on social media about this matter.

In addition, employees of the City Police Department and the State Committee for National Security detained bloggers for a publication mocking the Kyrgyz language.

Last year, a complaint was also filed against Aitilek Orozbekov. The blogger, in turn, stated that he received a video in which a customer refused to be served in the state language. He then went to the store for clarification, but did not present the video itself.

As a result, Orozbekov was placed under house arrest.

This blogger became known for his "language patrols," where he demands that establishments serve him in the Kyrgyz language. He posts all his videos on his YouTube channel.

In November 2024, he was detained on charges of inciting a violent seizure of power. In January 2025, the Pervomaisky District Court of Bishkek found him guilty under Article 327 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic and imposed a fine of 70,000 soms. The blogger did not admit his guilt.
