In Kyrgyzstan, the AIS "Expertise" has been launched

As part of the digitalization program in Kyrgyzstan, a new information system called AIS "Expertise" is being put into operation. This digital tool was developed by the Department of Agricultural Crop and Horticulture Expertise, which operates under the Ministry of Water Resources, Agriculture, and Processing Industry. Its main goal is to automate the provision of state-paid services, which will significantly improve the quality of service for agricultural producers and reduce corruption risks by eliminating the need for personal interaction with officials.
Now both individuals and legal entities will be able to submit applications for field inspections, laboratory analyses for seed certification, as well as for the variety testing of new crops being imported into the territory of the republic, online. A key advantage of this system is the ability to avoid personal visits to regional institutions and the submission of documents in paper form. To obtain the service, the user simply needs to log into the system and select the appropriate section from the main menu, which includes "Field Inspection," "Laboratory Testing," and "Variety Testing."
The application process has been significantly simplified: the applicant needs to fill out the mandatory fields, provide contact information (phone number and email), and attach digital copies of the necessary documents. After submitting and processing the application, the system automatically calculates the cost of the service and sends an invoice to the user's email. This approach not only speeds up the document submission process but also allows farmers and entrepreneurs to save time, creating transparent and modern conditions for the development of agriculture.
