A Mosque Burned Down in Bishkek




In the village of Alamedin, located in the Sverdlovsk district of Bishkek, a fire broke out in a local mosque. This information was announced by representatives of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Kyrgyzstan.
According to the agency, the signal about the fire was received at 11:16, after which two fire crews and an operational headquarters from the Sverdlovsk district fire and rescue unit No. 3 were dispatched to the scene. Thanks to the quick response of the firefighters, the fire was extinguished by 12:18.
The area affected by the fire was approximately 150 square meters. As a result of the incident, one man, born in 1994, sustained a minor injury to his hand.
