At the World Nomad Games in Kyrgyzstan, there will be 43 types of competitions and participation from about 100 countries is expected.
He noted that at the first Nomad Games, which took place earlier, there were only 17 sports. In 2024, when the event was held in Kazakhstan, representatives from 89 countries participated.
The organizers expect that around 100 countries will gather in Kyrgyzstan, as invitations have already been sent out and the competition regulations have been prepared and distributed.
Additionally, the director reported that specific types of competitions—kok boru and kok par—will be featured at the Games. Equestrian games, as he emphasized, are among the most popular and attract significant attention from spectators.
Moldazhiyev clarified that the competitions for kok boru will be held according to Kyrgyzstan's rules, while the rules for kok par will follow those of Kazakhstan, which will help avoid misunderstandings and take into account the interests of the neighboring country.
