At this year's Nomad Games, participants from more than 100 countries are expected

On January 15, at a press conference organized by the organizing committee of the World Nomad Games, Kazybek Moldazhiyev, head of the State Agency for Physical Culture and Sports, announced that more than 3,000 athletes from over 100 countries are expected to participate.

The competitions will take place in 43 sports, including national games, horse racing, various equestrian contests, traditional wrestling, intellectual games, traditional archery, and national hunting with falcons and dogs.

Athletes from Kyrgyzstan have already begun preparing for the upcoming Games.

The opening ceremony of the World Nomad Games is scheduled for August 31 at the new stadium in Bishkek. On September 1, participants will be transferred to Issyk-Kul, and the sports competitions will begin on September 2.
