Permanent driver's license in the KR: one month for replacement, form 083 certificate not required
Citizens of Kyrgyzstan expressed dissatisfaction regarding long queues for obtaining a medical certificate
The Chief of Staff of the President, Kanbek Tumanbaev, reported that a medical certificate in form 083 is no longer required for the replacement of a permanent driver's license.
From January 15 to February 15 of this year, residents of Kyrgyzstan will be able to replace their permanent driver's licenses completely free of charge, without the need to undergo a medical examination.
“Recently, we have received numerous questions regarding the queues for the form 083 certificate. I want to emphasize that this certificate is only needed when initially obtaining a driver's license and is not required for the replacement of a permanent license,” Tumanbaev clarified.
To successfully replace the license, it is necessary to have only a valid identification document with you.
Changes are also expected in the "Tündük" system, where the certificate may still be requested.
