Tumanbaev: A certificate 083 is no longer required to replace a permanent driver's license

Kanibek Tumanbaev, the head of the president's office, announced that from January 15 to February 15, drivers can exchange their indefinite licenses for free, without needing a medical certificate 083.

“From January 15 to February 15, anyone can replace their old driver's licenses at no cost. A medical certificate 083 will no longer be required for this. Please contact any district office of 'Unaa',” he noted today, January 14.

Additionally, Tumanbaev added that this innovation will also be applied at the 'Tunduk' center.

He clarified that this measure applies only to those drivers who are exchanging their old indefinite licenses.
