According to him, problems with queues in institutions arose due to a lack of information about the requirements regarding the medical certificate form 083 and the functioning of the "Tunduk" system.
Tumanbaev clarified that a form 083 certificate is not required for replacing existing indefinite licenses; it is only needed for those obtaining a driver's license for the first time.
“If a citizen already has a license, we do not request a medical certificate. It is only necessary when obtaining a driver's license for the first time, to assess the driver's health,” he added.
The head of the administration urged citizens to avoid creating queues and to use the online service through the "Tunduk" app.
He also noted that the system is being updated and will soon operate at full capacity, including the possibility of free license replacement.
Tumanbaev assured that for those who do not manage to replace their license by February 15, no sanctions will be applied — deadlines will be extended if necessary.
There is no need to stand in queues. It is better to stay at home, wait for the service to launch, and calmly replace your license online.
