Certificate 083 is not required when replacing indefinite driver's licenses — Tumanbaev

The head of the president's office, Kanybek Tumanbaev, announced that a certificate of form 083 will not be required for replacing indefinite driver's licenses with new ones.

According to Tumanbaev, the certificate 083 is only necessary for those who have recently completed driving school and are obtaining a driver's license for the first time. Changes are also expected in the "Tunduk" application, where the field for the certificate will disappear when exchanging licenses. Citizens will be able to replace their licenses in "Unaa" without any costs.

Furthermore, he noted that indefinite licenses will no longer be valid outside the country starting today. Previously, a video appeared on social media showing people waiting in line to see doctors to obtain the necessary documents.
