State support for the agricultural sector in the Kyrgyz Republic has reached a new level – Ministry of Agriculture

Since 2025, significant changes have occurred in the system of state support for farmers, processing enterprises, and individual entrepreneurs. Previously, access to preferential loans was provided only within the framework of two programs, but now their number has increased to five: FSH-13, CAPK, FOTP, as well as breeding and seed projects. This information was announced by the Ministry of Agriculture of the Kyrgyz Republic.
According to information for 2025, 12 billion 242 million soms have been allocated to support the agricultural sector, of which 11 billion 369 million soms have actually been financed. This corresponds to a fund utilization level of 92.8%. The "Financing of Agriculture - 13" program achieved 100% completion, while "Credit for the Agricultural Sector" showed a record result of 166%.
In addition, within the framework of the State Investment Program (SIP), the implementation of 12 large investment projects is underway. With a revised budget of 9 billion 707 million soms, 6 billion 502 million soms have been utilized, which amounts to 67%.
As part of capital investments with a budget of 3 billion 348 million soms, 2 billion 162 million soms have been utilized, which is equivalent to 64.6%.
