In Kyrgyzstan, the list of categories of workers with special working conditions and their working hours has been approved

According to information from the press service of the Cabinet, the signed document defines the list of workers engaged in jobs with special conditions, as well as the duration of their working hours. This decision was made by Prime Minister Adylbek Kasymaliev.

The main task of the new resolution is the legal regulation of working hours for certain categories of workers operating in conditions that require a special approach. This aligns with the provisions of the Labor Code of the Kyrgyz Republic and takes into account the specific working conditions and level of workload. The document has been developed in accordance with the new edition of the Labor Code and includes more than one hundred different categories of workers.

The implementation of this resolution aims to improve the legal regulation of labor relations, as well as to enhance the efficiency of labor standardization and planning of labor processes.
