The Cabinet of Ministers has adopted a new resolution regarding the enforcement of Articles 1022, 1023, and 1024 of the Code of Offenses, aimed at protecting children's rights in educational institutions, including kindergartens, schools, and lyceums. This document establishes the procedure for accounting for children of preschool and school age, as well as introducing administrative responsibility for unjustified refusal of admission, including for children with disabilities.
