On February 18, a meeting of the organizing committee for the preparation of the First Youth Delphic Games for the Shanghai Cooperation Organization countries was held at the Bishkek city hall. The meeting was chaired by the mayor of the city, Aibek Junushaliev, and the director of the International Delphic Committee, Vladimir Ponyavin, was also present.
During the meeting, participants reviewed the current state of preparations for the games, organizational aspects, and issues of international cooperation with the participating states.
According to information from the municipality, the headquarters formed to implement the events is operating according to a previously approved plan. Currently, the process of final approval of the teams from the participating countries by the organizing committee is nearing completion.
Earlier, qualifying rounds were held, the results of which determined the participants for the national teams of the Kyrgyz Republic and Bishkek.
As a result of the discussion, the task was set to ensure a high level of preparation and successful conduct of the Delphic Games, which are scheduled to take place from March 23 to 28, 2026, in Bishkek.
