Based on this incident, the investigative department of the Interior Department of the Oktyabrsky District of Bishkek has initiated a criminal case under Article 208 "Extortion" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
K. A. was detained while receiving 300,000 soms and was subsequently taken to the investigative service. In accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, she was placed in the temporary detention facility of the Bishkek City Police Department.
