In Bishkek, a case of extortion has been recorded, in which an 18-year-old girl demanded 5 million soms from a man under the threat of criminal prosecution, reported the Internal Affairs Department of the Oktobrskiy District.
According to law enforcement agencies, a man named M.A. filed a complaint with the Investigative Service, detailing the facts of the extortion. Since January 2026, the girl, known as A., systematically threatened him with violence and deprivation of liberty, applying psychological pressure.
As a result of the investigation into this case, a criminal case was initiated under Article 208 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic (extortion). During operational activities, a girl named K.A., born in 2007, was detained when she received 300,000 soms. She was taken to the Investigative Service, and in accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, she was placed in the temporary detention facility of the Bishkek City Police Department.
