As a result of the investigation, it was revealed that the conflict was related to events on December 6, 2025, when A. I. was detained by officers of the SBNON of the Bishkek City Police Department and voluntarily surrendered potent drugs. In this regard, a criminal case was initiated under Article 282 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
During the interrogation, A. I. identified A. M., born in 1995, as the person from whom he acquired these drugs. On December 29, 2025, she was detained and placed in the temporary detention facility of the Bishkek City Police Department in accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
Further investigation revealed that her husband N. A., born in 1997, threatened A. I. with an object resembling a firearm, demanding that he change his initial testimony. Criminal cases were also initiated regarding these facts under Articles 280 "Hooliganism" and 355 "Threat or Violence in Connection with Pre-Trial Proceedings" of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic.
N. A. was detained and placed in the temporary detention facility of the Bishkek City Police Department. The investigation is ongoing.
