
On January 16 of this year, a resident of the village of Kozhomkul, a man born in 1986 named B. D., filed a complaint with the police stating that unknown individuals had illegally seized his land plot, measuring 3 hectares, located in contour No. 295, and had begun construction work, violating the intended use of the land.
Based on this fact, a criminal case was initiated under Article 212 of the Criminal Code of the Kyrgyz Republic, concerning the illegal seizure of someone else's land plots and violation of the intended use during construction on agricultural land.
During the investigation, it was established that according to the Sokuluk district branch of the State Agency for Land Resources, Cadastre, Geodesy, and Cartography, this plot is not subject to land amnesty and is classified as agricultural land.
A woman suspected of illegally seizing a land plot was detained in Sokuluk.
Police officers, conducting operational search activities, soon identified the suspect. She turned out to be D. G., a woman born in 1961. She was detained in accordance with Article 96 of the Criminal Procedure Code of the Kyrgyz Republic and placed in a temporary detention facility.
Currently, the Department of Internal Affairs of the Sokuluk district has registered another 15 similar complaints from citizens, and investigations are ongoing. The investigation of the case continues.
