Police officers in the Uzgen district of the Osh region were detained for extortion, involving a 16-year-old minor girl. This was reported by the press center of the State Committee for National Security (GKNB).
According to law enforcement agencies, the senior police officer, Captain Z.u.A., along with juvenile affairs inspectors N.A.N. and A.u.A., conspired and forced the girl to engage in unlawful intimate acts with various men. They then staged a "detention" to extort money, using psychological pressure and blackmail.
A criminal case has been initiated on this fact. On February 4, GKNB and the Ministry of Internal Affairs Security Service conducted the detention of the suspects, who were placed in a temporary detention facility.
